Can you believe this?.....
My neighbor is 39 weeks +. She went to the Dr on Monday and they found out that she was 4 cm dialated and the Dr wanted to induce her the next day. He said it was b/c he felt that she wouldnt make it to the hospital in time to deliver. She asked the doctor to make it either Thursday or Friday. He said no that Tuesday was the only day he could do it. So she said she would just wait and see what happens. Any way last night she was having steady contractions from 7pm on and went to the hospital at around 1am. Her contractions were steaditly 5 minutes apart. While at the hospital she progressed to 5/6cm but the contractions slowed down...THEY SENT HER HOME!!!! She says she thinks the Dr was peeved that she didnt get induced when he wanted her to..So now she's walking around 5 to 6 cm dialated...P.S. This is her 4th child.

Looks like a "revenge" to me. Really!!! for a dr. that does not say much about his ethics.

I hope she doesnt live far from the hospital. I would be ******. but on the brighter side, she ony has 4cm to go and doesnt have to labor in the hospital.
