... "OMG this is the funniest thing EVER" forum?
... "What happened to me on LIRR today" forum?
... "This person is such a tool" forum?
... A "Why did my post get moved" forum?
There - did that cover everything?

Oh, a "when will this day end" forum
Or, "I hate everyone on the planet" forum!" although things may get switched to the "tool" forum!
ETA - oh yeah, I'm thinking a "Hey Phyl!!!" forum - one devoted to shout outs JUST for her!!!

Actually, on other forums there is a forum just for technical problems/requests/notices. Like a Town Hall of sorts.
Here we just FM them but if there is one thread for one issue with 20 replies, that's better than 20 FM's in their mailboxes. And when it's resolved/denied/whatever, that one thread can be updated.

I fit into the ticket category..Im STILL pizzed about it and it was over 3 months ago
I don't take the LIRR, but, I do read the stories (even the ones in Newsday where people can write in). This would be a good one.
I LOVED yesterday's post by Kara (I believe it was) who told off Snugglebear
