Can we drink Coke?
i know no Diet coke but what about Regular coke??
What about caffeine free coke?

I am a rebel but I have drank all kinds of coke during pregnancy and it was fine. But your doctors are a bit stricter in the states than ours in the UK are. We are only told to limit our caffeine.

Im not much for rules. I drink what I want when I want it. I have a diet coke at least once, twice a day. 
But Im sure most would say stay away from it.
MODERATION is the key.

I have a caffeinated drink every once in a while. I try to limit it to one a day, if I even have that much. Like if I have coffee with breakfast, that's it. Or I might have a regular Pepsi with lunch. In general, it's not healthy, but I think one 12 oz. can of cola only has 37 mg of caffeine, and I've read in several places that up to 300mg a day is ok.
It's not a bad idea to run it by your dr., though, everyone is different.

I have had the decaffeinated coke several times. You can have some regular coke - but I would just do it in moderation if you do.

I"m not a big soda drinker - but when I DO want soda, I drink regular coke.
Diet Coke isn't going to kill you either though - I drink Diet Iced Tea once a day -

i was a big soda drinker before i got PG, I drink diet coke all the time, and my MD says its fine everything in moderation. I dont like regular coke its too sweet for me.

my 'need' is Arizona Iced tea...i used to drink that by the gallon full - OH MY GOD...
my doc said a glass or two a day won't harm me at all.....
as the other girls said, it's all about moderation..

omg - this thread just reminded me that i had a PEPSI slurpee when we were in canada....you NEVER EVER see pepsi slurpees - it's always coke...
it was out of this world good....and now i'm drooling....
