im 18 weeks 3 days, and every now and then feel pressure on my bladder and pelvis couldit be the baby??

Oh yes and the increase in homones increases the amount of times that you have to use the bathroom.

More then likely Yes!....I hate to be the bearer of bad news..but get used to that feeling! As my pregnancy progressed I felt like I lived in the bathroom! ---Let me clear that up bc it sounds GROSS!...I had to pee every hour on the hour last nite.....a month ago I was up every 2-3 hrs....
My Dr. said it best....The pee breaks are only preparing you for on the hour wake up calls from DC!

It started off a slight pressure on the bladder that comes and goes. NOw at 35 Weeks the pressure is really strong and hurts. It actually feels like I have a UTI. It will last a few minutes and then go away. (For me anyway). I have to say that I don't get up that much at night to pee. Only once or twice.

Totally possible. I get the urge - go to the bathroom - sit down - and feel like I have to go all over again!
