Can someone help me out with a timeline for DS' party????

Party starts at 1. It will be at our home, and we're having a BBQ.

We will be having a entertainer (Elmo & clown).

What time should I plan on everyone eating?

Should the kids eat before the entertainer arrives?

When should I do cake/dessert?

How does this sound?

1:00-1:30 Guests arrive

1:30-2:00 Food served (people can eat at their leisure)

2:00-3:00 Entertainers arrive and do their thing

3:00-3:30/4:00 Cake, dessert, coffee, etc


Am I missing anything??

PLEASE HELP! I am clueless!

That sounds perfect!

Don't stress out so much about the kids and when they'll eat. I would just put out the kids food at the same time as everyone else.

My kids NEVER eat at any parties. They are too busy running around and being hyper. lol

I would definetley put out the food shortly before the clown comes b/c than the parents can eat and enjoy their food while the kids are entertained.
