Can someone explain something on webcrims
I looked someone up
there is one part that says incident and arrests
incident was from 2012 and arrest was from this year.
Is this 2 different things I assume. They are just showing that this person has an incident from 2012 or is it related to the arrest?

The incident was from 2012 and they were just arrested for it. Webcrims doesn't have criminal history, only pending court cases.

interesting I was just looking up people from the heroin bust they just did yesterday and the ones I looked up (haven't looked up all of them ) all say incident from Sept 1 2012
