Can someone educate on IPODS?
LOL :) 
I want to get my hubby one for Chrismakah.
I just don't know anything about them ie: memory, features, price, size, here to buy, cost of services to use them, etc.
Definitely want want to play music and maybe some TV shows ?? (not sure if it's worth it).
Which one satisfies both without going overboard - nothing crazy - just to do the basics.

To use it for TV shows I think you need the IPOD Video
30G are about $249. When I bought my DH's in Aug I paid $279 & they now have the 80G for $349

you can check techbargains.com to find cheap prices. DH loved his original and uses it constantly. I'm getting him the 80gb this year and I know he'll fill it quickly. I'll also get him the case (mandatory, IMO) and a new FM tuner for the car (not perfect sound but gets the music off the iPod and into the car).

Definitely check out the prices on macmall.com Shorty told me about this website and I got my iPod and a lot of accessories off of there. Cheaper prices, no tax, free shipping, free stuff - it's great and the iPod also comes in three days!
