Can I use the Bundle Me in a regular carseat?
DD hates the infant seat! She is 7.5 months old and I think the straps are too low for her shoulders now and I think she wants to sit more upright, whether in the car or in the stroller. I am about ready to move her up even though she is only about 16 pounds. She just screams when I put her into it, and when I try to go shopping with her in the car seat/Snap n Go, she is just miserable.
I don't really want to start putting her in a snowsuit to be warm. I was thinking that I could use a regular coat and leave the Bundle Me on the carseat to zip up over her legs to keep them warm?
Any opinions or experience with this?

Sure, why not... they do make a bigger one if the regular BM doesn't fit.

Yes, but you have to buy the larger ones they make for the strollers, it will fit on the big carseat.
The only problem with that cause we wanted to do the same thing was with the bundle me's your child doesn't have to weat a jacket, but the larger carseats cant come in and out of the car so the larger bundle me will have to stay in the car and get cold, so we decided not to use it.
I didn't want Julia to be going in and out of the car with out a jacket on too.

I could see using it on the stroller but why would you need it in the car? I'd think they'd get really hot with a jacket, bundle me and the heat.

I agree with this. My son would sweat his butt off if I did this. I would just put it on the stroller.

I was thinking the same thing so I ended up getting a wool jacket from Gap that's thin but keeps her warm.

fyi: they have toddler bundles me @ marshalls for 29.99 which is much less than bru and bbb!
