Can I take anything to make me sleep?
Ladies, I'm desperate.
Two straight nights now and no sleep! I am so tired and yet I can't sleep for more than like 30 minutes at a time during the night. I swear I saw every hour on the clock last night...
Can I take anything? Even just for one night? I need to catch up on my sleep!!
I've already tried taking a hot bath at night and not eating after dinner. I am so ready to reach for that Tylenol PM!

I think you can take Benadryl, but call your doctor to double check.

I remember my dr. saying benadryl was okay but I'd call and ask to make sure.

same here, however I found that the tylenol PM would knock DD out for most of the next day

When I just can't take the 'no sleep' anymore, I have just been taking regular tylenol...and it's been working. At least I'll get the 4 hours in...which is better than nothing! Good Luck...

really you can take PM tylenol...I just find this out now !! When I'm near the end where was this post 9 months ago..and its okay forthe baby???????

I didn't know I can Tylenol PM!! I will call my doctor to double check, but I'm on my way to CVS after work to go buy some!

I think you are allowed to try Unisom - but would recommend checking with your Dr. first.

Yes, it was like a dream come true! I slept for 6 straight hours! HOO-RAY!
I don't know if it was the half of glass of wine I had with dinner or the Tylenol PM, but I slept!
