Can I return opened makeup at Target?
I bought L'Oreal makeup at Target yesterday, but the color isn't right. I opened it and used a bit of it to test it out.
Will Target take it back (with receipt) if it's opened and "used"?
ETA: I'm asking because I think this is the policy at drug stores, like CVS. Please don't think I am one to wear a dress to a wedding and then return it to Macys later on!!

I've done it before. They gave me a refund and I just bought the correct color

I was told no - but that was about 2 years ago, they may have changed their policy since then.

I've done it in the past I just said i had an allergic reaction to the makeup
