i dont think you should. im not sure what people have done, but my DS didnt go in until a couple months (4-6 months) Their necks are too delicate.
With the BOB, i feel like your baby will slid done and not be fully protected in the stroller. They have attachments and stuff for the carseat, so you can use your BOB and have your DC in the carseat on it.
