Can I or can't I eat Salami...
I'm NOT a big cold eater at all, but for some reason I'm CRAVING salami. I never eat the stuff but I want some.
I've been soooo bad with this pregnancy. I had some gorgozola cheese on a salad last week, some mozzeralla on a salad yesterday, some sopersad (sp?) on Thanksgiving and now I want Salami.
Am I going to hurt the baby with my awful eating habits? With #1 I didn't eat anything I wasn't "supposed" to.

mmm- I had a salami sandwich last week.
Note: Do NOT try to heat it up in the micro to try to kill bacteria. It burns and the smell is terrible.

Yes - in moderation
and make sure you drink lots of fluid - salami can dehydrate you

I eat whatever I want. My mom always says we did this with you and that with you and you turned out fine. Its not like I eat cold cuts everyday but maybe once a week.

i haven't had an ounce of salami ever since i got pg.... i would talk to your doctor, but mine said that the prepackaged variety were ok to eat every once in a while.
watch.... now i'm going to want salami for lunch!
