Can I go to the chiropractor?
My lower back is killing me!!!! I pulled it the other morning bringing the dog into the bed

I have gone to the chiro. Just let them know that you are PG when you make the appointment.
ETA: I made sure it was ok with my OB first, so maybe if you want to call yours & see what they say too.

YES! ABSOLUTELY! It is sooo good for you. I have been going weekly my entire pregnancy. It has been a lifesaver for allll my aches and pains. I have a great one on Eastern LI if interested.

My chiropractor has pregnant women in there all the time, so I think you can! Just let him/her know in advance...they have to do things differently when you're pregnant.
