Can I get some feedback on Zoloft during PG & after?

I talked to the NP today and told her that I am already experiencing anxiety and depressive episodes. She wrote a script for Zoloft but I'm terrified of taking medication for it.

Part if it is wondering if these feelings are PG related and some what normal considering the factors involved (surprise PG, anticipating having 2 little ones and being home alone most of the time, etc). It may be more than that, but being PG, I obviously don't know that yet and knowing that I had a rough patch after Alyson, I'm terrified that it may be worse this time around.

I want to BF this baby or at least pump more than I did with Alyson.

I have been on Zoloft through out the Pregnancy.

I was on Paxil before and its drug class was changed to a D level, so I needed to go on something else. Zoloft is a B dsrug ( same as a tylenol) .....My OB , My high risk and PCP all felt it was fien to take...but its a personal choice.
