can I freeze cake mix or...
I am making some cupcakes 2morrow but I do not need the rest of the cake mix till Monday.. can I out the already made cake mix in the fridge or the freezer?

You can definitely refrigerate until Monday. Just keep it covered. I don't think it would be worth freezing.

Definitely just refrigerate it, by freezing it, it may change the chemistry of the mix and might not bake right

Thank you all so much, I really thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown earlier but I am much better now... We have our 1st bday parties 2morrow and I was a bit crazy.. Now I am nice, she is sleeping and I am going to have a nice glass of wine
