Can I freeze apples?
If I dice them up? I have so many apples left and there is no way I'm going to use up anytime soon.

Apparently you can
But I am still not convinced. I'd probably make some baked treats for friends, classroom and neighbors. Who wouldn't love a gifted Apple Dapple cake or a perfect Apple Crisp this time of year? You can even donate a bunch as a healthy snack to your kid's school.

I had a ton of apples left over and I made applesauce and froze the applesauce in serving size increments. Applesauce freezes well, could you make applesauce?
