Can I eat crab cakes & calamari
A co-worker wants to take me out later & buy me my "usual." What do you guys think?

totally safe and so is tuna fish. tuna light in water is SAFE 12 ounces a week. Enjoy!!!

sure.. I eat everything but sushi, and tuna. I think i had tuna once throughout my whole pregnancy. I have been eating seafood though, it's fine.
