Can I eat
turkey (like cold cuts on a sandwich?) - I hope so because I just had the best turkey sandwich.
OHHHH and tomorrow I'm going to a BBQ, can I or can't I eat a BBQ'd HOT DOG? I soooo want one!

My Dr. said cold cuts are fine, just get them from a reputable place. I know some doctors say avoid them, but mine wasn't one of them.

My doctor just had a baby in February and she told me she ate turkey all the time while she was pregnant.

I ate low sodium turkey and Boars Head roasted chicken all the time....not a real hot dog fan anyway
