Can I dredge and coat flounder the night before?
Plan on making some breaded flounder but hoping to prep tonight. If I dredge in flour/egg/breadcrumbs and put in the fridge, will they be good to take out and pan fry tomorrow for dinner? Or will the coating get mushy?

I think it may me mushy but I am not 100% sure...I see this was yesterday, did you do it and if yes how did it come out?
