Can I do anything for this?

I had really bad acne in the beginning, and its slowly slowly improving (nowhere near how I'd like to look but somewhat better). Now I have a bunch of flat red marks that are (just guessing) remnants of old pimples. I don't know if they are going to be scars or if they're just pimples that are slowly healing... my question is, what can I put on these to help them heal faster? Is vitamin E something I could use, or is there anything else that helps the red marks get better?

The red marks are from the increased blood supply. I have one on my face and 2 on my hand. I had to go to the dermatologist to get zapped, but they did not go away.

My sister said they dissappear after pregnancy.
