Can Dr. Brown's bottles.....
be used with an Avent microwaveable bottle warmer?

I don't know. But, Dr. Brown's does have Bishephenol A and Born Free does not. There is a lot of controversy around the chemicals in the plastic. You should read up on it.

To answer your question, Yes. They didn't have the Dr.Brown's Sterilizer when I had Andrew so I used the Avent one.
