Can baby acne be on the body??
not just the face? poor DD has red little bumps on her tummy & legs 
Can I put anything on it or just leave it? I've been putting Aquaphor on her cheeks and the baby acne has cleared up a lot.

Is it where the diaper touches? It could be a form of diaper rash.

no it's on her belly, above bellybutton and her thighs.

My son did. They told me not to touch it and it will go away on it's own. It was gone after 2 weeks.

Yes, my DS had it all over his body. It went away on its own.

DS always would get rashes and bumps in his body. My pediatrician said that he's so fair and just has sensitive skin and not to worry. He did tell me to leave it alone and not put too much lotion on him.
