Re: Can anyone relate to this???
I'm 16 weeks now and morning sickness is mostly gone as well as some of those syptoms bu the feeling of phlegm in my throat was constant and almost unbearable with the morning sickness, now I still feel it but it is not as difficult to deal with.

Re: Can anyone relate to this???
I had that with all of my pregnancies. It's something to do with the hormone levels - I read somewhere. Feel better soon.

Re: Can anyone relate to this???
Im going through it now. Started about a week ago. Kicker is, I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow. Still have some AM sickness, Stuffy nose, and wake up with the sore throat. I went to the Dr. last week, she tested me for strep, thank goodness..Negative. She did say it could be the hormones working. She didn't give me anything. She wants to see me again if Im not feeling better.
I just want to feel a bit normal again.
I do keep telling myself, its ALL worth it..It really is.

Re: Can anyone relate to this???
the sinus issue i deal with every single day. I haven't been able to breathe for 16 weeks now. I take Zyrtec every day and that's the only way i can function. I'm still very congested, but with the Zyrtec, it takes care of the HORRIFFIC sinus headache (on a 1-10 scale, it's about a 9.5)...
A warm mist humidifier may be helpful with the sinuses as well!!
For the sleeping - i'm just going to say i'm sorry! BUT - some people say you either have insomnia or morning sickness - so i was happy to not sleep - but was miserable too. I can tell you for me - now that i'm in the 2nd trimester, i can sleep 24/7....so hopefully that will pass for you as well!

Re: Can anyone relate to this???
I am also stuffed and am constantly blowing my nose (more at night). And, everytime I blow my nose, it bleeds...
I am 16 weeks...
ETA Sleeping has been really bad..I wake up everynight...and I find sleeping on my left side helps..any other way is very uncomfy for me...it's six am and I am on here..lol

Re: Can anyone relate to this???
With my first, it was like that, very bad with the mucous, soar throat, etc. Those symptoms will pass, the sleep patterns will be messed up throughout.

Re: Can anyone relate to this???
welcome to the joys of pregnancy LOL ..i just answered another sneezin post of yours..we are like the illest people on here LMFAO!.....It's very common ..I had the feeling of hte flu from the BFP (reason I even tested) until hte 2nd wk of 2nd trimester.....it was off and on ..you will definatley start feeling alot more tired..I just hit 28 wks and realized that the stairs are no longer my friend!....I hope I didnt scare you! I am having twins so maybe its worse for me...You just learn to push thru it and enjoy the pregnancy..Once you feel the little ones move yourforget about the M/s....no sleeping..etc..

Re: Can anyone relate to this???
I had that for a week or two early on. Everything has cleared up EXCEPT the sleeping patterns, which just gets worse since I am now waking up every hour to pee.
