Can anyone help me find this?
I need this for a paper for school. My professor said it is available on pubmed or google... but I can't find it!!!

I searched our college database, questia, and google scholar, and couldn't find it. 
But Fried did go to the same HS as my brother!

The librairian from the link above said they have it at SUNY at Stony Brook, Health Science Library. ???
