Can anyone adopt this dog
DH & I were doing something w/Smithtown Animal Shelter and came across this total sweetheart, Scarlet. DH is allergic so we cannot take her but her story broke my heart. I cried when we saw her and when we left because she is so lonely and sad and wants a home. If you know anyone interested, please pass it on:
