Calling all Ford Edge owners -

DH and I are pretty close to making a decision and we thinking we are going to go with the Edge.

Pros?

Cons?

Would you recommend?

And how much is your insurance? (if you don't mind sharing).

I don't know a lot of the specifics on it, but my parents just leased a Ford Edge a few weeks ago and they love it...no complaints so far.

I just leased a Ford Edge last week. I love it. I have only been driving it less than a week, but it drives very well. It has good pickup and a nice amount of room. I love the vista roof.

Edited just to say that when we were at the Ford dealership, there was a guy who owned a Mercedes SUV who was there because three of his friends, all of who owned Mercedes SUVs, got the Edge and loved it. My husband had a Lexus and traded it in for the Edge. The Ford salesman said that people are coming in the dealership just for the Edge.

I love my edge!! I leased it from my father (who works at Ford). I love the way it drives and how much room there is. I also love the vista roof.

I also love the fact that I can connect my ipod directly to the car. It's the little things that make me happy.

Thanks! Called my insurance company and the quoted me only $1700.00 for the year! That's only $300 more then what we are paying for a car.

I have had my Edge for 1 month and it is great, I am paying a few $ more a month in insurance, and I only have 2 complaints...I seem to have a blind spot and I have caught myself a few times w/ it...and the heat---either too warm or cool...I love the vista room and automatic hatch....go for it!
