Caffeine free coke
How bad is this to drink? In moderation??? I haven't had any soda I'm in 2nd trimester. I gave up all coffee but I can't take this nausea anymore.
Would it be horrible to drink caffeine free coke? Once in a while .
ETA: not diet coke. Regular coke but caffeine free- I found some this weekend.

My sister drank one can a day her entire pregnancy and my niece is fine. I agree with everything in moderation. I drink soda maybe once every 6 weeks though so when I splurge, I just have a regular soda.

Same.
I drink a can of caffeinated Diet Coke at least once a day. They say you can have up to 200mg of caffeine and a can has less than 40mg I believe.

I drank one can of caffeine free coke per day through my entire first pregnancy. Some days two cans. DD is perfectly healthy.
I would do the same thing this pregnancy but for whatever reason I haven't wanted it.

Caffeine free Coke or even regular Coke is fine- If the nausea is really bad talk to your OB about taking B6 or Zofran. There is no reason for you to suffer.

I drank regular Coke -- not caffeine free -- almost every day this entire pregnancy. I tried to limit it to about 12 oz but I certainly drank more than that on some days. It was the only thing (other than Lemonade) that didn't make me feel awful especially in the first trimester.
LO is fine. I did the same with DS#1 and he was/is fine too.
