If you have caffeine and are Bf how much so you have in a day?

I have at least a cup a day. Sometimes more. I really don't limit it at all.

I drink 1 12 oz cup of coffee but I would love to have more but I feel like DS is affected by my one cup as It is.

Oh really?? I never noticed anything different with dd. Maybe you should BF, then drink a cup and then wait a while before you BF again?

Caffeine and BF
I have one cup every morning. A regular mug at home, not a big starbucks cup. Sometimes I top it off a bit. Lately I'm been craving it in the afternoon so I'll often have another cup after her afternoon session. I've never seen an impact on DD in any way.

I've had an occiasional latte. Not everyday; not ever week even but when I have it DS doesn't seem to be bothered by it.

I have one cup in the morning after the morning BF. Sometimes, but rarely, I'll have a soda, too. He seems alright with it.

I drink half caff so I can drink twice as much lol I have read up to 5-6oz cups of reg coffee is allowed. I drink 2-12oz cups of half caff.
