c-section recovery question?
i am 6weeks post partum...
i was feeling great but now lately when i get up and down out of a sitting position or turn over in bed, i feel my incision hurting me..
is this normal or i am doing too much?

I think it is normal, mine still hurts sometimes at 10 weeks post partum

I'm not sure - I'm almost 8 wks post partum now, and have begun doing ab crunches, so it feels fine - I think at 6 wks there was occasional soreness though at times....

I would slow down a bit for a few days and see how you feel then. You might be over doing it.
