c-section moms
When were you given the go ahead to work out? I lost all the weight, but my pre-maternity pants don't fit yet. I guess I need to work out to get back into them. I'm in no rush, but I was just curious when you were given the go ahead to work out. DS will be a month old tomorrow. Is it about 6 weeks after giving birth? Thanks!

I had to wait about 8 weeks because my incision kept opening, but normally, I think it's 6 weeks.

6 weeks for me was the go ahead to do anything. I didn't feel ready until about 8 weeks
