So, I'm starting to venture back into working out.

I have a trainer at Gold's Gym who can't wait to ger her hands back on me!

My problem is that any "jumping" , jogging or running exercises are so uncomfortable where the c-section scar is. Apparently I have a ton of scar tissue there that causes tugging/pulling.

What can I wear during workouts to help this? Would a regular panty girdle be okay (although rather restricting...). There are post-natal binders, but I can't find one that fits me (I need plus size right now). I have an adjustable abdominal binder from the surgical supply store, but it keeps riding up, so that won't work for workign out.
