I'm surprised it's still on the market. It seems to be listed at a decent price. I bet it would have sold already if you had another half or full bath though. It's "designed to sell" though - you have great decorating skills!

So cute. I love Levitt houses, my mom grew up in Levittown (on Butternut Ln.) and I spent the majority of my childhood in a Levitt house and I just love them! I wish I was looking to buy a house!
ETA (after reading other posts).. the great thing about Levitt houses though is that they are easy to add onto.. most of the houses in Levittown aren't the original, so adding an extra bath may not be too difficult

its true, as some posters said, this house is so easy to add onto/change. levitts are great for that.
