Busted Lip
My poor baby has a busted lip. She stumbled, fell and hit right smack into the wood rails. Her tooth has cut through the lip. Luckily it stopped bleeding but she had a mouth full of blood--I seriously was about to panic but somehow remained calm... her ped doesnt think she will need stitches but I heard if they hit their teeth it can get discolored..is that true

Re: Busted Lip
I have no idea, but thought she could use some hugs. (Along with hugs for you too!)

Re: Busted Lip
DD fell face first into our hardwood floor a month ago. Her lip was so bloody. I called the dr and they told me that if it's the inside of the lip that they cannot stitch it - only the outside.

Re: Busted Lip
Keep an eye on the tooth. If it does start to gray, take a trip to the dentist. On the up side, it's a baby tooth and a new one will grow in its place eventually.
