Re: bunny help please

bunnies and rabbits are 2 different things, bunnies are alot smaller. Definetly do your research on them before you buy them, i have one he's 6 years old but he is really big lol, he loves walking outside and around the house but he, likes to chew wires.. there not that hard to keep, you need to clean there cages alot so it doesnt smell up your house , you can litterpan train them too i did that with mine and now thats the only place they go.

Re: bunny help please

Please do not purchase a rabbit/bunny. There are many for adoption at shelters and elsewhere.
There is a huge problem with people getting them (esp for Easter) and then thinking they can just let them go in the woods. Domesticated rabbits cannot survive out in the park or the woods.

We have several rabbits and they are great pets BUT they do require daily cage cleaning and they are not good pets for young children (they are very fragile).

Otherwise, they're smart and funny and very lovable pets!

I agree about trying to adopt first. We have a rabbit, he lived inside in a large dog cage until he was about 10 months old. Now he lives outside in a hutch with an indoor & outdoor area. he walks on a leash & he comes in the house a few times a week to play. They need lots of exersise & if kept inside their cage can get stinky quickly.
they are smart, fun, quiet pets. some people are allergic to them.
