Anyone have this toy? It looks pretty fun. Looks like little squishy things that stick together and you can build different things.

Wondering if my 6 and almost 4 year old would like it

Re: Bunchems

My kids have it. They played with it once but that was it. It was a 100 piece set goody bag. Just be careful if your kids have long hair, there was a news article about how they are impossible to remove from hair.

I saw that! People posted pics of them in their kids hair. You know what? knowing my two, they will do that. Not worth it. LOL thank you

Re: Bunchems

As pp said, there have been a lot of stories about them getting them stuck in hair and impossible to get out. You should read the reviews on Amazon before deciding to purchase...

Re: Bunchems

I'm so glad I saw this. I got these for my girls for Christmas but they both have hair down to their butts. I'm going to return it.

Crashing...don't do it! My niece almost had to have her hair cut to a pixie style they were tangled so badly at the root! She was at her friends house for a play date. The hairdresser got them out, it took hours

This is so funny to read. We have them and have had zero hair issues. I almost want to try getting one stuck in my hair, lol. I feel like you'd have to do it intentionally, but I'm not a kid, haha.

But yeah, they're not that great for my 4 year old. She plays with them for very short periods of time.

Re: Bunchems

I was going to get them for DD for Christmas, but after reading the reviews on Amazon, decided not to. DD's hair is super long and wouldn't want to take the chance.

I had no idea what these are so I went on Amazon to check it out and i have to say the reviews made me LOL and the pictures are insane.

I don't understand why it ended up in so many girls hair though? It's not a hair accessory toy right?

Re: Bunchems

What is age appropriate?

My daughter is almost nine and I would think she would know better to keep away from hair. I also showed her what could happy and she even said, I wont do that MOM!

My DD is 4 and knows better then to stick them in her hair. We have the big pack of them and only play with them at the table.

Unless you are throwing them on the floor and rolling around in them, I think you will be ok.
