Bummer

I tried to keep DS awake. DH had to work late. Won't be home for another 30 mins or so. Had to do the bedtime routine myself.
I HATE these late nights. I CAN"T WAIT for our Vacation.
I just feel so bad that DH saw DS for a whole 5 mins. This AM and that was it.

ETA: Do you have a camcorder?
DH travels so he started making DVR tapes of him playing the guitar and singing their favorite songs. He's also made a DVD reading "Goodnight Moon".

You could sit and watch the bedtime story together.

Jack goes to bed by 6:30. DH doesn't get home until 6:30. I was keeping him up until DH got home so he could see him - and give him his nightly bottle.

We decided this week that we are basically torturing Jack - he really could be on his crib at 6:15. So, now DH doesn't see him after work at all. It doe totally stink and I feel so bad for him.

Luckily - he does get to come home for lunch and spend ten mins. or so with him. I guess it's better then nothing though.

TY ladies I just feel bad for DH. He's like "its ok, its ok"..I told him "I couldn't keep him up anymore".
Thank Goodness these real late nights may only be 2 more weeks. Hopefully.

Kudos to all those who have DHs that travel. I don't know if I could do that.

Welcome to my world. DH is away most weeks. It used to be Mon-Thurs. Lately it's been until Friday. We use the webcam alot. It helps all of us. DD loves it.
