Does anyone know if it is possible to get a permit in Suffolk to build a bulkhead? Our property was bulkheaded at one time (long before we moved in) but now it is almost totally destroyed. I have heard it is almost impossible to get a permit to rebuild. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
