What is the cheapest place?

You def just have to google and compare, we just did a Candy bar for my friends Shower... and I wound up ordering the candy from like 4 different websites depending on the items you want.

I just had a candy theme for my SIL surprise 30th bday party. I bought a bunch of stuff from oriental trading, more stuff from the $ store, and then even more stuff from Party City. I bought a bunch of jars and cylinder vases from the dollar store. They doubled at the CP and the favor.
