Bulbs... stupid question
I bought bulbs last year and never planted them. Are they dead since they were sitting in a bag for a year, or are they still good?

they still should be good
are they dried up? is there a stem growing from them?
if they are dired up, think they are pretty much done but if not, they should be ok

I have no idea, but I read this title and thought, "Isn't she an electrician? How could she have a question about light bulbs?
