Budget Blinds-Update
Has anyone used them? I have them coming to give me an estimate.

They were supposed to come but never called back to give me a time. So either I call them again or look for another company. Can anyone recommend someone in the Huntington area?

I used them and have nothing but good things to say. The process was quick and the prices were reasonable.

I did get in touch with the woman and we ended up purchasing 4 cellular window shades. The prices were  but I figure for me to measure and hang right the money is worth it.
