BTDT...what's your best tips for making school mornings easier?
I'm only on day 2, so I know the routine will sink-in...but any tips you find work would be great.
Do you make your lunched ahead? I'm afraid of stale or soggy lunches.

I have things like napkins, straws or whatever in the lunch box. Plus if I know shd wants grapes or other fruit I have itwashed and put into her container.
I leave 2-3 outfits they helped pick the night before laid out so they can eat, run and brush and dress.
I try to have breakfast on the table waiting when I wake them.

Showers the night before. Outfits picked out the night before. Backpack packed night before.
