Btdt: undies question
I know I have plenty of time 30w, however I like to be prepared.
What style/brand did you purchase or use after delivery. I know that what I'm using now won't cut it - ill need a bigger size, however, I was wondering if anyone had some favorites :)

I think I purchased hanes briefs the first time. I didn't really need them though because I wore the mesh hospital ones when the bleeding was at its worse. This time I'm just wearing older underwear.

I'm at the hospital now and all I have been using are the mesh undies that the hospital provide. They are super comfortable and are big enough to support x amount of pads. First night was very heavy, second night is not so bad. Is better to use what the hospital provides so you don't dirty yours.

I used the mesh undies in the hospital and stole 2-3 pairs for the first few days at home too. They were great.
I also purchased 1 pack of cheap hipsters, hanes or fruit of the loom or whatever in one size bigger than I normally wear. I was also using these at the end of my pregnancy.
Just in case I had a C-section, I also purchased 1 pack of high waisted granny panties which I didn't really need.
You can just wear old undies if you want. The bleeding isn"t that bad for me.

I had a c-section and had to have DH go out and get me the high waisted granny panties (fruit of the loom) two sizes bigger than I normally wear.

My hospital doesn't provide the mesh underwear, so I brought my own.
I had a c-section, and will have another with my DD, and I bought the ginormous granny panties from Kmart (fruit of the loom) a couple of sizes bigger than I normally wear. I didn't want anything to bother my c-section incision, and they were cheap enough that when the get ruined, I can just toss them.

I took home 14 pairs of mesh undies from the hospital, and once I went through those, wore hanes briefs. I'm still wearing those now.

Oh great to know! Yea I am excited about my stay there (and I hate hospitals)...but it really does feel like more of a hotel.
