BTDT moms, if your baby measured big....
I'm 32 weeks, but the baby is measuring 33 weeks.
if you measured big by a week or so, did you deliver early?

no, but he was 9.5 lbs and in the nursery, he was the biggest baby. he looked like he was 3 months old.

I measured 3 weeks ahead for my entire 3rd trimester. Did not deliver early and had to be induced and still ended up with a C. Also, he ended up not being as big as they thought he was. I don't put much faith in growth sonos for this reason.
Also, this baby has been measuring 2 weeks ahead since the end of my 2nd trimester. Still here at 38 1/2 weeks.

I was never told I was measuring ahead but ds always measured big. He was born 42w and was 9lbs 4 oz

me too!ds was born 3 days past due date he was 9lbs 10 ounces he was so big compared to all the peanuts

Agreed, DS was born on his EDD, via schedule c/s he was 9lb 14oz and 22.5 inches long. At the time of my delivery I was no dilated at all and my OB said, yeah he still has plenty of room in there !!!!
So size is not an indicator that they will arrive early.
This pregnancy my DC is already measuring 1.5-2 weeks ahead.

also my childbirth teacher said statistically those measurements can be off by as far as TWO POUNDS!!!!
Some are spot on of course but others are often over or under. .
I feel like I am going to have a BIG baby though and also have this sense I am going to go early but it could just be panic!

nope.
baby was measuring 2 weeks ahead my dr. told me at maybe my 36 week appt. I was induced at 40w 6d...DD was 8lbs, 5oz.

My first was always 1.5-2 weeks ahead and he was 8 days late. They thought he would high 8s. He was 10-2
I'm sure my second measured big the whole time, but he measured 10-8 at 37 weeks, so I went in right away for a c/s. and that's what he was.

hehe - both my kids were 10+ pounds. One mother hearing DS#2's size (10-8; 22 ") asked that her daughter (8-15) was put next to my son so she could look petite!

DS was 9-12
DD was 9-13
Both were scheduled c-sections , DS was born 10 days early and I went into labor 7 days early with DD (the night before my scheduled c-section)
They both always measured on the big side ( percentile wise), don't recall if they measured ahead week-wise
