BTDT moms after having baby when did start WW??
I had a baby by c section 5 weeks ago and want to start WW. Should you give your body some time before starting it? Just wondering TIA

After my second baby (and 2nd c-section), I went on ww about 2 months pp. I lost almost all my weight, but was sort of stuck at the last 5 lbs. So I went on it and lost the 5, plus an additional 10. I think you could do either, but if it were me, I'd give yourself a couple more weeks to bounce back; if it's your first baby, it might come off easier.

I went back 2 weeks pp. If you are nursing you get a TON of extra points. I stopped going once I was back at work and gained a couple of lbs in the interim. I wish I had stuck with it but it was tough adjusting to working as it was. I recently went back at 6 months pp again and it is going great!
