If you have other kids (so lots of other toys, etc. already in your house) when did you set up the swing, bouncer, etc.? I tempted to just keep them in my basement until the baby is born, since I can't stand the clutter! Also, when did you install the carseat and set up the bassinet/pnp? I have to move my older DD to the back of the minivan so I really want to wait as long as possible, since I would have to get back there to buckle her in 9 months pregnant, but part of me feels like I am totally unprepared!! I'm on bed rest and out of work officially, so I am starting to worry about all this stuff!

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and the only thing put together is the co sleeper. Dh will set up the rest while I'm in the hospital. Including the car seat, for the same reason you mentioned.

Re: BTDT Moms
My DH is going to take the big things (PnP, swing, etc) down from the attic and set them up while I'm in the hospital. I have a couple of things in the nursery right now like the bouncy chairs, boppy pillows, that don't take up much room. The main areas of the house have no baby things in them yet... Just lots and lots of toddler toys!!

Ok, you both made me feel better! I am working slowly on the nursery but really want to leave all of the other things away until the baby is born! Thanks!!
