BTDT moms- Carseat help!
DH and I are going to be registering in a few weeks and I'm TOTALLY overwhelmed with all the car seat/travel system choices that BRU has. Please tell me which car seat you have and what is good/bad about it..
My fav so far is the Chicco Cortona system but the seat is HEAVY and it doesn't fit into shopping carts

i have the graco snugride and it has been great so far. i bought the stroller frame to go with it, which i LOVE. it's light and easy to carry around and travel with - which is important given how heavy the actual seat is.
when he outgrows the carseat/frame combo, i have the inglesina zippy, which i also love. but i just found that the carseat/stroller combo was WAY too heavy. the frame is much more convenient.

I have the same and absolutely love it!!!
We also have the Graco Metrolite for when she outgrows the infant seat.

I have the same and absolutely love it!!!
We also have the Graco Metrolite for when she outgrows the infant seat.
The snug ride also snaps into the Metrolite. We never got a stroller frame, never saw the need for one because the Metrolite is so light.
DS is 8 months old and still in the infant seat. We have an Eddie Bauer convertible seat for when he outgrows the othe rone.

I have the same and absolutely love it!!!
We also have the snugride and the stroller frame-I love it. We traveled with it to Florida etc it is a must have in my opinion. So much easier than the travel system.
