If your LO had a UTI, did he/she get it shortly after being on antibiotics??

I feel like I'm worrying about everything lately with my DD's first bad sickness, but now I'm worried about UTI's! She is currently on antibiotics for an ear infection, and I've been doing a lot of reading about antibiotics in general. One thing that bothers me is that I've heard from several places that children can get UTI's shortly after going off of antibiotics because of a disruption to their natural flora. Argg I'm driving myself crazy. TIA!
