BTDT- C Section girls
when does the pain from the belly button down to below the incision stop? 2.5 weeks later and I am still severely sore and its so painful especially when touched.

BTDT- C Section girls
I never had any pain but it was more of a numb feeling.....that took a few months to go away. I am 8months PP today and have zero after effects from it. If I didn't have the scar I woudl never know I had one.

same. the only time that I had pain was when I would move, use core muscles. by 2.5 weeks, that pain was pretty much gone unless it was a sudden movement or I was doing too much. if it were me, I'd call your MD!

BTDT- C Section girls
i had pain for about 3-4 weeks. it became numbness after that. the first 3 days i had a morphine pump. then i was on percocet the rest of my hospital stay. then i took advil, 3 pills, every 3-4 hours for about a month before i was able to cut it down to 2 and eventually stop taking them. but i had a complicated c-section (was open for over 2 hours due to placenta issues) and had staples.

Severe soreness/pain around the insicion went away in 3 weeks , then I was left with mild pain - when standing up or bending over mostly- for another 2or 3 weeks.
Everyone is different , I have friends who had 0 pain within days or were 100% pain free within 1-2 weeks and I know girls who were so uncomfortable for months, it really dpends on your body and your tolerance too I guess.
