bruised vagina??????? blaharhareaa!
thats how i feel haha!
it feels like i went bike riding on a bumpy path in the south of france tour de force with no cushioning on the bike seat.
only 31w tomorrow.
my vag literally feels bruised and swollen. hurts to sit hurts to stand.
i want to put an ice pack down there....but isnt that a little extreme?
thoughts cures? omggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg
ps all i wanna do is rub my hoohoo but i dont think i can do that in public can i?

I can totally relate! That is the extreme pain that I've been having for about 3-4 weeks now. There are some nights when it just hurts to even walk! Dh can't understand how pain like this can be normal in pregnancy.
Some of it I believe is from the ligaments stretching, preparing for birth. Then there is the pressure of your baby's weight sitting on parts that are sensitive to begin with!
My best advice is to just grin and bear it through it, and try to rest as much as you can at night. I went to bed early the other night and even though I was tossing and turning all night, being off of my feet helped a lot and the next day it was slighty better.
Yea, that was 2 days ago and it's back again already!

i reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly want to enjoy this pg bc there isnt that much to go technically but ...i just cant handle it anymore. i really want to cry inside when i think of the days i have to work and how much more painful it is for me when i do. and i can stop work i just dont get annnnnnny vacay sick disability bc its a sorta kinda off the books job.
dh will support me in whatever but unless i am in the tub or in bed...at times i am a miserable biotch!!!!
thank you for understanding...i am sorry you feel like this too...
any progress at docs visists?

I have this!!!! OMG its awful! Especially when I just stand up...or sit down...and ALL through the night. I've had it for about 1.5 months!!! Gahhhhhhh! My OB said its from vericose veins  . Feels more like I got kicked in the vaj.

I feel this pain the most after I sit or lay down for a long period of time. It's almost hard to walk sometimes. It almost feels like you did that machine at the gym that you put your knees into and squeeze in, kwim?

Progress? Eh, not really.
I had another internal on Monday and I'm still closed up tight! But I won't be 37 weeks until Friday. I have taken a walk with the dog for the past 5 days, thinking maybe it will help! I think the walks make the pain worse, but maybe I'll actually make some progress next visit. I would be overjoyed to go into labor and get to try for a vbac instead of waiting until my c-section on the 19th!

maybe do the opposite...sit on your butt and see if that helps?? lol jk

I just posted a thread about something similar. Although the pain I'm feeling is like right at my pubic bone, it almost feels bruised. Ah, the joys of pregnancy  .

Omg yes! Me 2!!!! My 2.5 year old dd repeated me saying "my Vagina hurts" lol I'm 30 wks and can't wait to have this baby and walk normal again!!!
