Does anyone know how often they are done? Is the one that is valid until the end of this month the only event until next year? Thanks

I think they are at least twice a year because we did the trade in in the fall.

Anyone know…do you have to buy the new item at that moment to get the discount? Or do they give you a coupon and if so, how long is that good for?

They give you a coupon and it needs to be used that day. I was told if it's something they stock and they don't have in the store they will order with the coupon.

I was at the Lake Grove one on Saturday and traded something in and they said I had until the end of the month to use the coupon.

That's not accurate - they have one in February and usually June or September - I can't remember.
I just traded 2 things in and only bought a new travel system. The manager said I could use the second coupon anytime this month and that was it. Coupon says it expires 2/29/16
